Welcome to OakVoice, an AI voice receptionist platform developed by Oak Studio Creative Agency. By activating your business account and connecting your callers, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms.

1. Account Onboarding

You must register using verified owner details and a unique business subdomain representation. You are responsible for protecting access passwords. Accounts under suspended, expired, or pending business tenants will be globally blocked from dashboard access.

2. Service Scope

OakVoice grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the voice answering receptionist capabilities. You may not record, synthesize, or route calls in violation of call privacy laws in your local jurisdiction (e.g. USA / Canada wiretapping agreements).

3. Billing & Payments

Subscription fees are billed on monthly cycles as configured under the plan details. Card authorizations and Stripe processing are not implemented under this launch module.
